Start:  
The only path at the beginning is  a big swirl roadway.  There is a rest area across the valley of the main exit, remember where it is in case you need healing.  There is no overall camp trigger in this tome.  

Follow the path, it's the only way.
  
You will eventually hit the area of Flying Death.  Right before this area, is a hidden path to the beginning, that you can use to reach the rest area.
Once you defeat these winged warriors, you will come across a priest of Arkyn, who will gift you with knives and a quest.
